INTRODUCING OUR NEW


Comprehensive care for your lungs including treatment for COPD and Long COVID conditions is now available in the Buford L. Rolin Health Department.

Patients must be referred by PCI providers, including First Generation Descendants up to age 50.


The Eye Clinic is staffed with a team of optometric professionals who are dedicated to providing high quality eye care to their patients. The staff believes that taking time to educate, answer questions, and supplying patients with the most current information is important for optimizing patient health and well-being. The Eye Clinic offers the finest in designer eyewear, frames and sunglasses, as well as contact lenses to suit every style and budget. The Tribal Member Vision Package offers Tribal Citizens, who are 55 and older, a free pair of single vision or lined bifocals at no cost.

The Dental Department offers diagnostic, preventive, and restorative services. These treatments may include, but are not limited to:

Emergency Care

Oral Surgery

Root Canal Therapy

Prosthetics
(crowns, partials and dentures)

Dental services other than those provided onsite will be managed through outside providers and are subject to the referral process.



As a comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation facility, we offer speech and physical therapy for all ages. We coordinate these services with you and your physician to develop a multidisciplinary care plan. Whether you or a family member need outpatient rehabilitation due to illness or injury, the PCI Therapy Services can provide you with comprehensive, compassionate, coordinated care.

The goal of physical therapy (PT) is to improve your functional mobility and help you return to work, your daily routine, and your leisure or physical activities as quickly and safely as possible. Upon your first visit, our physical therapists will first evaluate your strengths, limitations, and functional mobility. The therapist will use these results to develop a treatment plan customized for you.

Developmental Delays for Pediatrics

Speech therapy (ST) can enhance communication skills to enhance quality of life. Our speech-language therapists will perform a thorough evaluation and develop a comprehensive plan specifically for you or your loved one. Speech therapy may be needed for disorders that develop in childhood, or those caused by an injury or illness in adults, such as stroke or brain injury.
