Kendi Kirby, MHS, CLC, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant and Lactation Counselor specializing in pediatric care. For over 15 years, she has cared for children and families in the south Alabama area. She is a nationally board-certified PA managing the pediatric clinic at the Poarch Creek Indian Health Department. She completed her Bachelor of Arts, Master’s in Health Sciences, and Physician Assistant degree at the University of South Alabama in Mobile, AL. Her mission is to help provide quality pediatric care, resources, and information to parents and families to help them raise happy and healthy children. She is a Certified Lactation Counselor, providing new mothers with education and resources for successful breastfeeding. She has her Trauma-Informed Care Certification, allowing her to help provide safe and supportive care for those affected. She treats children of all ages, from birth to 19 years of age. She is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a Clinical Preceptor for the University of South Alabama College of Allied Health. Born in Daytona Beach, FL, where she grew up until attending college, she currently resides in Stockton, AL, with her husband and son. They enjoy sports, friends, and anything outdoors.
