ELIGIBILITY
You MUST provide a First Generation letter or ID card from the Enrollment Department to be eligible for Family Care at Native Wind.
NOTE: Pediatric Care is available for enrolled Tribal Citizens ONLY.

• Urgent visits as available
• Annual/maintenance labs
• X-rays
• Ultrasound
• Referrals to specialists

PRESCRIPTIONS
First Generation patients can choose to have prescriptions written by Native Wind Clinic filled at the Poarch Pharmacy for $5.00 per prescription, or sent to an outside pharmacy of the patient’s choice. Prescriptions and lab orders from providers outside of the Native Wind Clinic will not be accepted.
FEES
The Clinic will file insurance for those patients that have coverage. There is a fee of $50 per office visit for any patient who is not insured.
