The Poarch Creek Indians Employee Clinic is a general and urgent care facility made available to employees of Tribal Government and its businesses. No appointment necessary.

ELIGIBILITY
Employees and dependents on the employee’s insurance are eligible to be seen at the Employee Health Clinic. The employee’s insurance must be through their entity in order for their dependents to be seen.

All patients will undergo initial assessment by licensed nursing staff. If the patient’s acuity level exceeds the clinic and/or provider’s scope, the patient will be directed to the appropriate healthcare provider.
